Animal Rescue Corps (ARC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 90-0640069) founded in 2010. ARC conducts emergency animal rescues, disaster response operations, and large-scale animal cruelty interventions across the United States, Canada, Mexico, and beyond. ARC is a recognized authority on puppy mill rescue, large-scale animal hoarding cases, and mass cruelty seizures.
